We understand arrival of your stationery is time sensitive and guarantee all orders are delivered on time.
BESPOKE DESIGN
THREE DAY TURN AROUND
- Deliveries are made the day before the service to the funeral home. For example: If the funeral service is on Friday, we require the order no later than Tuesday 9am. The stationery will be delivered by COB Thursday afternoon, or prior if our scheduling allows.
- We require three full working days. This time allows us to process orders, communicate with you, design, proof and edit, print and deliver.
- Placing an order asap helps us with scheduling.
- Orders are actioned in a priority queue based on the funeral service date.
- Urgent Orders: Contact us asap to see if we can accommodate a rush order.
- Country and Australia Wide delivery available, POA. Please allow additional time. WA Non-Metro delivery from $25+gst.
- Collect from our studio Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

FROM SUPPLIED ARTWORK
- Next business day Perth metro delivery for orders placed before 12pm.
- Collection from our Jolimont office available, 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
