Privacy policy

Graphic Source Memorial is part of Graphic Source, a family-run design and print studio at 24 Jersey Street, Jolimont WA 6014. We understand that when you contact us you are often sharing personal and sometimes painful details. We treat that information with care, use it only to create and deliver your stationery, and never sell it.

What we collect

When you place an order, send us details or get in touch, we may collect:

• your name, phone number, email address and delivery address
• the name of your funeral home or arranger, if you are ordering through one
• details about your loved one and the service, such as names, dates, photographs, wording, poems and service details
• artwork or files you upload

We only ask for what we need to design, print, deliver and invoice your order.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• design, proof, print and deliver your stationery
• contact you about your order, proofs and delivery
• invoice you or your funeral home
• answer your questions

We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to keep in touch.

Who we share it with

We only share information where it is needed to complete your order:

• your funeral home or arranger, when they are involved in the order
• our courier, to deliver your order
• the services we use to run our business, such as our order management, email, accounting and website hosting systems

Some of these services store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose reputable providers and only give them what they need to provide their service.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Photographs and wording

Photographs and wording you send us are used only for your order. We keep files for five years after your order so we can help if you need reprints or additional items, and then archive them. If you would like your files deleted sooner, just ask.

We never use real orders, your photographs or your loved one's details in our gallery, marketing or social media.
